SANGER

We started building homes in Sanger Circle, Sanger’s first master planned community in 2013. We then built multiple homes in the custom community of Ranger Creek. We are now building in the acreage community of Wind Song Hills Addition in Sanger, with our 9th (6698 Red Wing Lane) and 10th (6657 N. Bob White Way) homes for sale in that community.

Sanger is conveniently located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, just 50 miles from downtown Dallas and Fort Worth. Sanger is located on I-35 only eight miles north of the growing city of Denton.

Situated on the west shores of one of the largest lakes in Texas, Lake Ray Roberts, Sanger is only a 20-minute drive north to WinStar casino, the largest casino in the world. Sanger also features many popular restaurants such as Babe’s Chicken Dinner House and Miguelito’s Mexican Restaurant.

PILOT POINT

We started building in the historic city of Pilot Point. Rich in history, Pilot Point is the oldest settlement in Denton County and is a Texas Main Street City, and its commercial district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Pilot Point is located minutes from the county seat of Denton, home to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University. Also located nearby are several of the nation’s top colleges and universities, as well as a wide variety of hospitals and medical facilities.
